KarVital ("we") operates karvital.com and the KarVital vehicle-care service in Morocco. We collect the information you give us when you book — name, phone number, location of the vehicle and vehicle details — and the technical data produced when we inspect or repair your vehicle (inspection results, OBD readings, parts fitted, invoices and photos).
How we use it. To schedule and perform interventions, to build and maintain your vehicle passport, to send you service updates on WhatsApp or by email, and to improve our diagnostics. We do not sell your personal data.
Your passport, your control. The vehicle passport belongs to the vehicle's owner. You choose when to share it — for example with a buyer, a dealer or an insurer. When a vehicle is sold, the record transfers in an ownership-safe way: the new owner sees the vehicle's verified history, not your personal details.
Retention & rights. Vehicle event history is kept for the life of the vehicle record. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time at privacy@karvital.com. Data is processed in accordance with Moroccan law n° 09-08 on the protection of personal data.
Quotes and payment. Every intervention starts with a fixed quote that you approve in writing (app or WhatsApp). Payment is due on completion of the verified job. The Vitals Scan is billed at the price stated at booking.
Warranty. Parts and workmanship are covered by the warranty stated on each job's record in the vehicle passport. Warranty claims are handled by KarVital regardless of whether the job was performed by an owned unit or a vetted partner.
Partner work. Jobs requiring garage equipment may be performed by vetted partner providers under KarVital's quote, standards and warranty. Your passport records the executing provider.
Replacement vehicles. Where offered, replacement cars are provided by mobility partners and subject to their rental conditions (licence, age and deposit requirements may apply).
Liability. KarVital is responsible for work it quotes and verifies. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects we have flagged as "suspicious" or "unknown" in your report and which you chose not to address.
